Chowchilla is home to two of the largest women's prisons in CA. I guess they figured there are so many women in the state that will have to be incarcerated here with lots of high paying correctional positions (who also vote UNION) that they can buy these new houses. Since very little is spent on the women's education and no body will allow them to live in their communities, they get destitute with no way to live so they break the law again and get reincarcerated. It just keeps one big circle going all of which flushes money down the toilet. Jerry B will have to make education and health care cuts but DON'T TOUCH THE PRSIONS. Hope the Chowchilla bond holders get fukkked!!
